And don't forget the question of all times: Are the USAA rental car benefits strictly for military and families or even to non military? And if it is only for the military than how is it that a civilian can 'register' with USAA?
Finally got the answer to the above question. I spoke to a rep at he USAA verification department and he confirmed that USAA IS available to non military but not all the benefits. He listed the ones that a civilian would be eligible as: checking savings cd
investment, life & health insurance,
and shopping discounts like, you guessed it, car rentals. I hope this clears things up.
