Decent Priced Kosher Restuarant in Midtown??

Hi I will be in the city tonight and looking for a decent priced restaurant. Pref Meat.

I just found out that ClubHouse Cafe shut down, that was where I was planning to go.

Something similar to that would be great. Not looking for kosher deluxe type.

Le Marais to expensive.

This is true, but W&L has the $25 restaurant.com credit that you can buy for $2 usually.

Thats true, but they have it for a couple dollars more. I consider that worth it for the chocolate souffle which i think is one of the best I have had.

the W&L has many restrictions. i can tell you that the best souffle out there is at Orchidea in boro park. they make it themselves. it is unbelievable.  in fact i am so confident Dhalpern1, that if you go and order the souffle and dont like it, i will reimburse you.

Will check that out next time I am in that neighborhood. Can I revise to say that W&L has the best souffle in a meat restaurant?  :D

What do you suggest I order for an appetizer and main at Orchidea?

appetizer definitely the spinach cigars......yum!.......all depends on what you like for the main. everything is really good. i have had the salmon fish and pastas...

oh and their homemade bread that they give is out of this world.....

its sounds like I work there.......lol. ive been there about 10 times. keep going back.

well.....the restaurant.com certs helped a bit ;)
