How much can I add to my PayPal account using the MoneyPak?

Your starting limit is $250 a year. You can fund up to $2,000 a month by providing your name, address, date of birth and Social Security Number. Having a PayPal account already puts you at risk...
There is no rhyme or reason with them.

they also refund or give you $5 for transferring money to the pay pal acct

What do you mean? They refund the $4.95 fee when you transfer to paypal? Where did you see that?

I have a paypal business debitcard.
Can I buy a $500 paypal load card at rite aid with a CC to meet a spend?
Can I buy a greendot at rite aid to load pay pal to meet a spend?
What are the risks?

I just bought a $500 from rite aid and loaded it to paypal and withdrew to bank account (2-3 days). I'll let you know if I have problems.

Just logged into PayPal twice to make a purchase (if free food at eat24 counts as a purchase 8)) and it said "now accepting prepaid gift cards".
