I usually fast well as well. This fast started right after a motzei flight back from Israel. I didn't eat properly before the fast.

setting this thread reminded me that I owe you this

On bottom of pan mix mushrooms and can of peas save juice of peas

Sauce add ingredients gradually
In pot half tbsp butter,  1T flour, juice of peas, milk

Pour a third over bottom layer
2 cans tuna
Pour sauce, sprinkle cheese
Cooked noodles
Pour sauce sprinkle cheese
