I actually enjoy meat much more, I'm looking forward already! I try not to eat dairy more than once a week .

Was just thinking about that stuff today (not sure why)... I wasn't in front of a computer and I couldn't figure out how it could be fried without melting. Off to google and found this:

They keep it in the freezer sealed in a half cooked dough and then flash fry it right before they serve it - I think - I never made it only ordered it

Oh my fried ice cream is just vanilla ice cream frozen into a ball. And then coated with some sort of nuts/crunchy coating and fried for less than in minute in oil.

No cookie dough. My local caterer makes it at special simchas. It's amazing.

I gotta try a homemade version one of these days.
