My shipment to Hawaii was in transit for over 24 hours and arrived frozen solid. Was in an insulated box and full of ice packs.

I've had Hermoles ship to places that are even further out. If its an insulated box w dry ice it can last up to 72 hours

Is it supposed to arrive after you arrive or is it supposed to be shipped to the hotel before you arrive and the hotel would keep in the freezer?

I'd do it that it arrives a couple of days before because there are always delays

Hermoles is in London so thats really far from BOB. Better off trying POM
