Does anyone have any experience with hotels in Pattaya? I have diamond status in both Hilton and Hyatt with points but it doesn't necessarily have to be a rewards stay. Unfortunately I am here with a group and they booked a vacation package and we were supposed to be staying at a "luxury 5 star" hotel but ended up more like a service apartment. We are looking to move for the last 3 days. Any suggestion?
Also, I called AmEX platinum concierge and they were really no help.
