(September 20) Guests will join Executive Chef Joan Monfaredi as she celebrates the Kosher Kitchen’s 13th birthday with an interactive reception and winemaker’s dinner. The evening will be spent celebrating the art of Kosher; experts will speak to the best Kosher wines on the market and share information on the steps to be taken when preparing a Kosher meal. Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a glass of Kosher wine and savory edibles – or, don an apron and for the first time be introduced to our Kosher Kitchen, where they will learn techniques used in our kitchen as dinner is being prepared.  For more information, please contact Gleemol Dias at 416-926-2386 or

Dear Sir/Madam,

Greetings from the Park Hyatt !

Park Hyatt Masters of Food & Wine is a series of sophisticated culinary and
beverage experiences hosted at all Park Hyatt locations. Through engaging and
interactive events, area residents and visiting gourmands can engage with our
award-winning chefs, sommeliers, and specialists. The evening will start with a
reception followed by Dinner, While experts will speak to the best Kosher wines
on the market and share information on the steps to be taken when preparing a
Kosher meal.

The event will priced at $ 250 per person and Mr. Larry Newman from the COR will
be at the event.

I have attached the Food Menu for your perusal for that evening. We are still
finalizing the Koshers wine for the event and will revert back to you once this
is done.
