I called to match the current offer to my SPG Biz opened last year during the 30k offer. Got 5k from Kim.

I got approve but only for $2000 wth?? is there any way i can ask them transfer at least $3000 from either my skymile delta card, or amex every day card? do they do a hard pull to transfer credit line from other card? any experience let me know thanks!

As long as the donor card has at least 13 statements,  it's an easy request to move limits.   There's a link to do it yourself online,  or just call or chat.

 I first asked about my business card opened 14 months ago and after being transferred to a supervisor he gave me 10k...

Before he finished the called he asked "is there anything else I can help today?" So I said, sure! I have a personal card (opened in 2010!) on which I also got only 25k... So he said, sure! Just give me a minute...

4 minute phone call = 20k Starpoints

Sometimes it just works out that way. Nice!
