I wish the Hertz relationship went vice versa as well... Like the United relationship.. :)

What's the United relationship?

Just got the AF on this card. I have the business SPG so no real need for it. The only other non business card I have is the delta, should I have them transfer my credit line to delta and then cancel? or any other ideas?

Call for retention. Also remember about the average age of accounts, if relevant.

Will Starwood/SPG rewards points balances be devalued after the Marriott merger finalizes?  Would it be advisable to "use or lose" our valuable SPG points?

at this point the announcement isn't scheduled until June/July 2018, I was told. I think that they'll keep their high value. Excellent airline exchange rate as well in many cases.
Probably good to keep working for gold/plat status with your points, if you have the time/need to travel. They seem to say that the plan is to keep lifetime Elite status even after the merger.

I'm clairvoyant.

You will be eligible for the bonus... even if you had the current card's bonus.
