Does each room count as its own night? If I book 2 rooms for 3 nights does that translate into 6 nights on my status or 3?

If it's not free shipping it's not worth it.

If I previously had the Starwood Preferred Guest Business Card (my name as sole prop), can I still get the marriott bonvoy business card under a business name?

Due to COVID-19, I didn't get to use the $300 credit for my Bonvoy Brilliant Amex this past year. My card anniversary date was September 8th. Did I blow my chance for last year's credit, or do I still have until the end of the current billing cycle or something?

Would Amex let me product change my SPG amex to some other card?

You can switch back and forth between the $450 Brilliant card and the $95 Bonvoy card (old SPG), which is not available to new applicants (but should be available via switch from the Brilliant card). You can't switch outside card families or between personal and business cards.
