Thank you. Called them up based on your advise.
Initially the rep wanted to submit a case and asked I follow up in 2 billing cycles. which seemed absurd given that its been over 6 months now.
I requested to escalate to a manager, and I was told that she added the points, so will see as the account doesn't reflect it yet, but that might just be timing.

I booked two international stays last winter. One was noncommittal re: the change in policy and what they could do. They other offered complimentary breakfast but not lounge access.

Yes. I contacted the GM at each hotel.

I did try SPG for a retention bonus on my Biz card since they taking away some benefits, but it was a no-go. I need to try again.

Amex SPG Business - annual fee charged. called and got nothing --- no points or statement credit offered to keep account opened.
i wont even get free annual night with marriot/spg since that benefit not start until august.

suggestions???

Today I got 2.5k points in my account and it says this: "SPG AX SUPP CARD BONUS CNSMR" a family member got 7.5k and it says the same thing, anyone know what this is?

Interesting as I called SPG and they told me there were no bonuses for adding AU to either the business or consumer Amex

It seems so. I was missing 5k and just got it today with the same description. Thing is a rep did process it for it me manually over the phone a couple of months ago.
