Would Amex let me product change my SPG amex to some other card?

(So that I can get a signup bonus on a new chase card)

You can switch back and forth between the $450 Brilliant card and the $95 Bonvoy card (old SPG), which is not available to new applicants (but should be available via switch from the Brilliant card). You can't switch outside card families or between personal and business cards.

Supposedly after around 7 years you get the bonus again. I haven't tried it myself though.
