I did. Spg says it's amex. Amex says it's Spg. I opened an investigation.

Oddly enough Looks like they took the points out on a day when I got the signup points for my biz card.

I bought something from amazon on my SPG, it's supposed to arrive today by UPS. Judging by the tracking, it won't arrive until tomorrow. Is this something that I can ask amex for a refund for?

I would like to close my starwood card. I have 18k points left on it. Where can I transfer those to? Or are the automatically in my starwood account and no need to move them until I want to use them?

Once they're in an account that's not the banks, there shouldn't be an issue closing the card. Unless it's AA kimeduber le'il in its thread.

You might be referring to amex return protection.

Yes but maybe better to make a new account with my name at their address then transfer and then change my address to my other address and merge cards

Why can't you just change the address on you original account and save yourself a step?

I had applied for the 25k offer from SPG and now after spending the 5k I didn't get the 15k bonus points. I called them and they told me that I had only applied for the 10k offer and not the 25k, what do I do? I spoke to supervisor and they're not budging. Anything to do?
