Its Laser vs Inkjet, and the main site is multifunction the Dell is only printer.

OK forgive me as I know nothing about printers. Laser printers do not ever need refills?

nice try... Laser jet uses Toner, inkjet uses Cartridges/ Refills. Toner is more expensive, prints faster, nicer and more per each toner. Inkjet prints less per cartridge.

total will be about $64

Same reason I'm probably not getting it. The best thing about those Brothers are the OEM toner costs (under a cent a page)
