This printer is on sale today
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009RS0Y16/ref=as_li_ss_tl?psc=1&linkCode=sl1&tag=cl03f-20&linkId=7db4fe5bbf906827fb8cf48d3703ab09

Any thoughts? Is it worth it for the price? What benefits does it have over, say, a $150 printer?

And how does it compare to https://www.amazon.com/Lexmark-CX317dn-Printing-Professional-Features/dp/B06XX27CLT/ref=redir_mobile_desktop?_encoding=UTF8&ref_=psdcmw_172648_t2_B009RS0Y16&tag=cl03f-20 ?

We are mostly worried about print quality.

Thanks

B&W or color?

The Epson Eco Tank series (especially the bigger ones) have a nice ink capacity, and it's easy and relatively cheap to refill.

BestBuy has the Brother - HL-L2380DW Wireless Black-and-White 3-in-1 Laser Printer - Black on sale for $91.99 in store.
It's not available at any stores near me. Will Staples do a price match if its not available near me?

That actually is a good deal, if it was available.........but yes Staples should price match, you can always just return it if they don't.

Looking for a Laser color all in one printer deal. Would like it to be a good quality brand that doesnt jam often, and has a multi purpose bypass tray (anything more than the SINGLE feeder ones) besides the standard tray. Any recomendations?

Did you end up buying one? Are you happy with it?

What do you guys recommend as a good option - I need a color printer, doing a solid amount of printing, especially these days. Mostly text, some graphics (hence the need for color).

Doesn't need to be cheapest up-front, cost over time is more important.

I am looking for an office printer that has multiple output trays to avoid print jobs from getting mixed up with each other. I am having a hard time searching for this feature–is there a widely used term for this feature?
I am sometimes accused of overthinking things. I am still mulling over whether that accusation has merit.

Look around on printer leasing sites. They would mention it.

How do you plan on everyone knowing which trays are full? That would require some serious coordination

I have never used such a machine but assume it alternates between the trays for every job. If you know that it works differently, please share.

No clue if they have settings for this but I think the computer routes it to the tray it's set to.  Depending how many people you could have a dedicated tray for each person.

Don't some printers know when the tray is full? I feel like I've seen error messages about that before.
