Hi, I did a search and I couldn't find the answer to my question

I'm looking for a good phone that will work on a Page Plus plan. I don't know too much about phones but I want one with a qwerty keyboard and has Wifi. I'm not sure how much I want to spend but prob. bet. $100-$200.

Have a suggestion? Hit the comments!

Motorola Droid Pro

Check out the phone finder at Phone Arena for more options. Most Verizon and Alltel phones can be used on PagePlus. The above phones represent the only phones Verizon offers/has offered (according to PA) that fit your description, besides Blackberries, many of which won't work with PagePlus.

You should be able to find a Droid pro on craigslist for $60-80 make sure it has a clean esn though

New? If not, have you bought used phones and what has your experience been?

Used, I have quite a bit of experience buying used phones
You win some you lose some
There's things you can check for and things you can't but I still think its worth it to buy used phones for page plus I actually bought someone a Droid pro for page plus in sep for $50 it still worked until a couple Weeks ago the wifi stopped working you never no although I still think that was a good deal

Then splurge for the Droid Pro. It's still within your price range, even new ($180 on ebay). If you want to save some money, try DrDanny's suggestion.

You don't have unlimited choices, there is a limited set of phones that can be activated on PagePlus, and you've narrowed it down to a very small group with QWERTY and WiFi. I only listed candybar phones, if you're interested in side-sliders the list expands somewhat.

There are many. Start with the phone finder at Phone Arena, check off Verizon and Alltel, click show full specs and select Android under OS, plus any other specs you want to add. That should give you a good starting point. Phone Arena has reviews on many of the phones, but there's no easy way to see price range (but as always GIYF). Check this compatible phones page to rule out more phones that won't work with PagePlus. Once you've picked something, do some searching to make sure people have gotten that phone to work on PagePlus.

Palm Pixi is a disaster.
You may want blackberry with Opera browser, no BBM.

When was that updated?
There was a period of time - about a year ago - when they didn't allow BB, now they do.

I thought I once saw them selling a BB on their own site, but I could be mistaken. Either way, the link is from PP Direct, which seems to be an authorized dealer, but it's certainly possible that page is out of date.
