Hey Dan,
Everytime I find a thread interesting hit the "notify" button. But honestly, its a little annoying to get the emails. Is there a way to have a sort of "follow" button and when I login to the site I can go into that section and see all the threads I'm following? Anyone else like this idea?

Just write something in it & click Show New Replies To Your Posts

You can go here and change "For topics and boards I've requested notification on, notify me:" to "Daily" or "Weekly" which should be more tolerable.

You can also use that page to see the topics that you have subscribed to and read the ones with new posts in them.

If there's no way to see what the hottest topics are on DDF, I think it would be a great idea to have a feature like that.

Either you didn't understand me, or I don't understand you. The United 4 mile thing went on for more than a day till I saw it. If there would be a hottest threads button, I wouldn't have missed it.

any topic on "the recent unread topics" that appears more  then a few times is a hot topic. Besides u saw a thread that said 4 miles... And didnt open it?

I don't look at recent unread, and i hardly check up in the air.

How about having Jewish only sub forums. This way I won't check those threads. It is very annoying to start following a thread only to have it then change into a language you don't understand.

 (the neutral response now is going to be refresh your cache)
