cease-and-desist would mean reinstating tickets.I'm surprised just 150 people filed complaints. Even if not about the mistake itself, but the way UA handled this by taking 5 days, doing it without apology, without the promised phone call, and without even a small bone of consolation.
For some reason my tickets were not cancelled as of yet. The problem is my dates are way off and I need to change them. Any suggestions?
