Either way, here's my summary:
6 tix from TLV to HGK - ticketed - for a friend
6 tix from HGK to MIA - ticketed - for a friend
4 tix TLV to HGK - ticketed
4 tix HGK to CLE - ticketed
4 tix HGK to CLE - ticketed (for diff dates)
4 tix TLV to CLE - reserved but not ticketed
4 tix TLV to CLE - reserved but not ticketed

I have a few others not ticketed yet, but they are overlapping dates, so I don't mind.
For me, its more of a risk since the infant fare is 'real' money.

Here is the text from their email (keep in mind I did this long before they closed it down)

Thank you for choosing united.com. There has been a delay in the issuance of your ticket(s) for technical reasons. No action is required by you at this time. We expect to have your ticket issued shortly. Your credit card will not be charged until the ticket is issued and a receipt has been sent.

Para A essentially says they cannot raise the price of a ticket once confirmed.

Para B essentially says they cannot accomplish what is prohibited by Para A by including a COC provision saying they can raise or cancel.

Not entirely sure how that applies here, as they seemingly can just cancel...

Also, does raising mileage requirement count as raising price?

so it seems that can cancel but not raise price...but question is on the summary you clearly see for example 300k miles on top but on the bottom just 4 miles...so couldn't UA claim it was a clear error and traveler should have realized?
