As said before United lets you change the name but when you print the ticket it will have the original name on the ticket. I know someone that tried today and it didn't work...

UA is lucky it happened on a Sunday. Ppl usually have more time when this happens during working hours

I booked all my tix with paying for my baby.

On the bright side, it'll help me reach my 10k spending req for AMEX biz card.

Honestly, I dont know that I would have thought of booking a seprate for a baby either. Its hard to think clearly when it comes to these fast bookings. I just found out I could have booked an easy pass ticket and not just a saver pass. Which means IF this ticket gets honored I could have been sitting in First. Oh well.
I think its worth waiting to see what happens til everyone starts worrying.

Whether you can transfer it to another name. I'm sure many of us will realize that we cannot fly our itineraries and will be looking to sell/transfer our tickets. Let's plan for the future and not get caught unprepared.

It is impossible to change the name on airline tickets.
