I booked a round trip ticket from Montreal. My taxes were alot more it was $227. Either way it was cancelled like the rest...

It seems clear the DoT didn't already allow UA to cancel these tickets.

I didn't get any reply from the DoT though.

I did. So far I got nothing but a rep telling me "common you and I both know this was a price mistake".

I tried using the fact that they cancelled without telling me and he offered to rebook the exact flight I had originally with the correct pricing.

I wrote very simply... My flight was confirmed on Sun and my credit card was charged. Now UA has cancelled my flight with out any notification or explanation. Attached is a copy of my itinerary.
