Ba new first

As I flew a couple times ba in the new first and I'm scheduled to fly next week again
I'm wondering if there is a big difference between first on the 747 compared to the 777
I have only been on the 747 new first.

I have a few available flights to book on BA F, I wonder if all planes from JFK or EWR have been outfitted with their new F product? Or if there's a way finding out which flight has the old or the new F product?

Found this. However, this only gives you an average, still it gives you an idea.
