Yup.  Had the "pleasure" of being fed that a few times.  Most recently in US J from CDG-PHL.

going to be travelling to china in end of march without wife and son so figured i would try and sample as many first classes as i can, maybe im crazy and will regret this. let  me know what you think please

Then I'd go with whatever route is more convenient, assuming, of course, a fully enclosed suite doesn't nudge the decision to OZ.

is their a way to reserve seat other than calling airlines? what about kosher food? any of these airlines honor a request for kosher wine?
