transfer credit from CHASE SP to get approved for the IB card?

my wife has chase sp applied in nov 2011, chase priority club applied in april 14th 2012. Her credit history is only few yrs but it is still around 745. She had to transfer credit from her SW card to get approved for priority club card. She closed the SW at same time.
I know a new chase app would be difficult for her and the card she is thinking about is the IB card. IB is a biz card, does she have an option to transfer credit from her CHASE SP to get approved for the IB card?

I got approved for my IB by transferring over from my SP

Yup, must Chase analysts will transfer credit from personal/consumer to business cards, just beware that transferring back will be much much much harder.
