At least one FTr reports CS system is down too.

On 3/3, the new UA adopted a computer system called Shares, which has been the cause of an insane amount of glitches, until this day.

System won't allow adding a passenger who isn't already in the profile. Both award and revenue

ETA won't stop the 'please wait' screen even when selecting the pax in the profile.

Have you tried on another browser?
That happened on sunday. But worked better in IE.

Maybe there is another glitch and the website is getting mobbed again like Sunday? (high hopes)

I had that a few days ago while using chrome, I switched to firefox and had no problems.

Using my IPad today it seems that I cannot put on hold, it gives an option for 2 different farelocks...
IIRC if you click thru to book it now, it will go to the same screen as on pc. (unless you're talking about the UA App, there it won't work)

When i was booking a millage ticket a few days ago i was trying to enter the passenger information and it completely froze, then i switched to Firefox and again the same thing, finally with IE it went through.
