Dunno when they said that, but I'm driving in Jlem already. All traffic was route via the new arazim tunnel though.

There was a not normal amount of ppl there. I don't know numbers but let's say from bar ilan upto hanevim was jammed packed  as well as the whole mea shearim and also kvish (this is all from what I walked)
