Didn't get my miles from chase

I signed up for the chase checking with 25,000 miles.  I got the two letters that i'll get the 25,000 miles.  I don't know where they are and chase is telling me that i'm only suppose to get 2,500 miles.  WHAT DO I DO??  i still have the promo code from your website that I used.. did you get the miles??

chase only gives you 2500 continental gives you the rest 12500+10000
did you use your card 5 times within the first 60days

oh really? yes i did make the purchase but does that mean i should call continental? they won't listen to me without the tracking numbers

did you make 5 purchases? did you use your pin? did you open your account online?

I'm also having the same problem with one of my accounts. Ask to speak with a manager when you call. They will open a case for you. Most of the reps are clueless- they all think the miles "post to the card" as they all say- they don't even know what a OnePass account is- only the managers speak English well- speak to one and you should be fine.
