Everything tastes better on the grill.
But does the fish taste ever get out of the grill afterwards?

the taste always goes away by the next cook if you set up the grill right. if you heat up the grill and then go over the grate with a BBQ brush at the beginning of the next time you use the grill, there won't be any taste at all.
if you're really worried you can always cook the fish in foil (recommended anyway for weaker pieces).

Nope. I paid $130 for my Weber one-touch gold and I'm not putting too much more into it.

Try salmon marinaded in Teriyaki sauce for a few hours. Not just for the 9 days.

for the lazy people most stores will grill it for you @ no extra cost and you could choose your spices/flavor

salmon with spices to taste on broil for 20 minutes is easy and delicious

Which stores do you mean, My regular fish store? I've never noticed this option anywhere.

Tuna steak with Teriyaki suace. Mahi-Mahi is delicious too.
Yup, Tuna steak is great.
I cant believe I havent had Mahi-Mahi yet in all these years. I gotta get a piece next week.

Anyone here like Chilean Seabass? It just melts in your mouth! Very oily though.
