I considered that a major advantage. I came to learn. It's in the middle of nowhere. Granted I left every shabbos, but during the week, I was focused on my learning.
there is "town" which is a 20 minute walk where all the banks are and there's a century 21, 7eleven, etc.

So no one here learned in Moscow? I have a friend from Kiev who learnt in Motown, later was in Moscow, EY-Minsk now back to EY-Moscow (goes back and forth).
