Dates flexible?
Nope.
That's why I ended up with Economy and this routing instead of the original TLV-HKG-MEL all in business...

So my sister-in-law is booked MEL-HKG-TLV on Cathay Pacific and El Al.  I called CP and they told me that the baggage allowance is only 20 kg and that additional kg are $30 each - obscene!
Does anyone have any suggestions how to send additional luggage (she's going to Israel for the year) at a reasonable rate?
Thanx

i'm flying lufthansa (booked thru continental) EWR-FRA-TLV and then TLV-FRA-Bergen (Norway)-FRA-JFK.    On the way there, it's a connecting flight, so not a problem.  But on the way back, i'll be in Bergen for 4 days (FRA being the connecting hub).  Think that will be a baggage issue?
