Have anyone; family etc. who can help?

Main thing - get extra sleep!!! so you can be focused and patient with them and take care of everything that needs to be done. Don't waste time on ddf now. 9 days so less laundry...

Hang out at your parents/in-laws as much as you can if they live nearby.
If your 2 year old is a fussy eater don't go crazy trying to feed him/her. Cocoa pebbles or bamba for dinner for 3 days won't harm them in the long run.
While baby naps put on a video for 2 year old and do housework or rest on the couch next to them.
As tempting as it is, don't stay up late! You need lots of energy to take care of them which I'm sure you already know.
Get kid(s) to color in some welcome home signs for your wife. she will LOVE it
