Hello
I think this will be helpful to provide which rental car companies will match which status.
I know Avis PC matched to Hertz PC
Avis PC matched to National Emerald
Avis PC to Sixt PLT
Any others there are many other rental car companies out there?

I got Avis PC matched to Sixted Platinum (Lifetime)

I'll post the email address I emailed later...

Basically I sent an email with a snapshot of my Avis PC, and a few days later they responded to me that they matched it... I got the card in the mail like 2 weeks later

Since im new to all this can somebody please explain to me how i get a company to match a status? Do i just call up and say i have this status with this company will u match? I have executive status with emerald what company will match to what status, and what benifits do i have when i get what ever status that is?

No Avis doesn't match. Hertz will from National though. And so will Sixt but I don't have their email.

I've never used Avis. Are there any good deals/ codes?

I'm an amex platinum holder.

I usually use hertz Uruguay with the amex platinum PC to get 20% off and the 4 hour window OR National with the general motors Id code to get great discounts including ldw and a great choice of cars from the executive aisle.

What is Avis good for?

Apparently this conversation has gone stale, but i just wanted to note this cool message from national as you can see in the picture.
Here is semi-long story behind it:
I was upgraded to Avis PC with the United Club card (when that was still available).
Before status matching became widely available, I used AMEX plat to get executive status at National.
So when the opportunity came to status match National with Avis and Hertz PC for Executive Elite, the system was not automatically allowing the match to Executive Elite as I already had Executive. So I had to email Customer Support and we had this back and forth exchange.
It seems they noticed the Rabbi in my title so on the mail piece with my new card and status it says "Blessings to Israel". picture is attached.
Pretty neat.

A. I also had a similar parsha with trying to go from executive to executive elite, they wanted a screen shot of my hertz status and date so had to email a screen shot of the whole screen with the date in the bottom right corner.
B. Are you sure they added that line in your address, go check your profile. Auto fill sometimes does silly things.
