For the sake of clarity, this thread is not about cashback cards of any iteration (cashback, "miles" for statement credits ala Discover/Barclay, etc.); however, if there are any noteworthy cashback products offering 2.5%+ with no FX fees, feel free to list.

I'm trying to compile a list of the best cards with no FX fees that offer >1 mile/point per dollar on non-category spend for those of us outside the U.S. that can't utilize the BB+, Freedom Unlimited, etc.

We all know about the Amex SPG card which is effectively 1.25 miles per dollar, but perhaps there are other worthy candidates for our everyday spend.  I've been doing a little research and came across these cards:

1) American Express Platinum Ameriprise edition: 5K MR bonus for every $20K spent on the card, similar to SPG's system but the bonus isn't linked to transferring to a specific partner = more flexibility.  Plus as we all know, they run transfer bonuses every so often. $550 AF, plethora of Amex benefits and perks.

2) American Express Business Platinum: 1.5MR per dollar on charges of $5K+. $450 AF, plethora of Amex benefits and perks.

3) Virgin Atlantic World Elite MasterCard: 1.5 Virgin Atlantic miles per dollar. 7,500 mile bonus after $15K spend annually, additional 7,500 bonus after reaching $25K cumulative spend (i.e. another $10K after first $15K).  Essentially 2.1 miles per dollar on your first $25K each year. Miles can also be used with Delta and various other partners. Of note: points can be transferred to IHG as elite qualifying at 1:1. $90 AF.

4) Cathay Pacific Visa Signature Card: 1.5 miles per dollar on all purchases outside the U.S. $0 first year, then $95.

5) United MileagePlus Club Card: 1.5 United miles per dollar. United Club membership + United perks. $450 AF

Surely there are other cards I've overlooked?

Because this isn't a question and it's meant for a niche group (actually, perhaps not so niche in these forums).

The Arrival+ offers 2 "miles" on every dollar. 89$ AF, waived the first year.
