I thought you can't transfer over credit lines with Citi? Did it recently change?

just FYI, i made my minimum by like Aug 12, but statement close was Aug 20, i called 12th and begged to credit early and they refused, but i got my emails on Aug 23, 3 days after close, so maybe if u beg u can get somewhere...

No need to beg. IME, certificates come to you X amount of days after meeting the minimum spend requirement, regardless of your statement closing date.

"Weekend Night Certificates offer is not available if you have had a Citi Hilton HHonors Reserve Card account that was opened or closed in the past 18 months."

This cc gives instant gold status for all card members.
