how long does it take to get the certificates once you meet the spend?

I tried adding this card to my existing Citi (AA Personal) account, but got an error that said I need to make a separate one.
After doing so, I SMed asking to combine, and they said it's not possible and that this card is not able to combined with others as it's a Hilton card.
Anyone else have this? I'm really not enjoying having three separate logins (also have business AA)

+1. Citi has awful IT. I was horrified when I found out that Citi passwords are not case-sensitive.  :o

Its true, it cant be on your regular account, I also have 3 logins.

Only way around it is to have a Citi checking account.

Can a room be booked with these certificates before you get them as long as you have it before the stay (like with Marriott points) or do you need the certificates first?
