Between 1 and 3 1/2 weeks after statement close.
I just changed it online.. It seemed to give me no problem changing the date. I even got a new confirmation number. This was easier than calling 10 times. Anyone have experience with this way?
Nice!
Took you long enough.. I think because it shows online as a reservation using points when you change nights it just has to be available for the same amount of points or less but you won't get the remaining back.
Thats what I said somewhere, maybe up in this thread, in their system its like a regular points redemption. They send over to the property the info with same amount of points used as that hotel would usually ask.
So can you cancel and get back the points?
it does not reissue correctly when changed online.....even if u get a confirmation /3 it will cancdel out before u arrive...must be changed by phone
Experience?
Obv. Does that sound like conjecture to you?
Anyone had experience churning this card?
Yes. Why?
Sorry, I made a mistake here. One was for me and the second was for DW.However, I don't see why it should be a problem.
No one has ever reported a churn on FT or Dans that I know of --- anyone churn it?
But why should it be different than any other Citi card?
AA is 18 months
