What are the chances a night will open on points if not showing availability?

I just made a booking and the rep saw both nights.

Interestingly enough, the second free night is in my Hilton account, even though o never got a second email.

check again, they come one right after the other so your email probably bunched them together.

1- if i signed up without the 100 statement credit offer-anyway I can have them give it to me anyways?
2- how soon after you hit spending to they email the free nights?
3- how far in advance do you have to book the jerusalem waldorf?

still waiting to hear back from them- I sm'd twice which did nothing, then I faxed in a screenshot of the offer and they said they'll get back to me. When I called they said they could only help me after the fact- supervisor said if I had already spent the 100 at a hilton she possibly could have credited me blah blah..their customer service is a pain in the butt...

How long does it take after getting approved for the card until I receive the card in the mail? I would like to use the free nights for November 13-15. Do you guys think I'll receive the free night certificates in time, if I meet the spending requirement within the first billing cycle?
