Using a Citi virtual number with a different billing address?

Can it be done?
I want to use a citi virtual number on a website but I want to put a different mailing address that's not the one from the cc.

You can set a different address for each virtual card? I thought you have to edit the account's mailing address each time for this to work, please clarify.
