NYC-LAX With Points

I have over 1 million amex points and I need to go to Lax from NYC for pesach. 5 tickets. What are all my options as to which airline I can transfer to to get tickets? I tried continental delta jetBlue and British but no luck.

 for LA Id look at LAX,LGB,BUR,SNA,ONT, and even SAN

 from NY Id look at EWR,JFK,LGA,PHL,BDL (Hartford 2 1/2 hr drtive)

 just keep in mind alot of people are planning to do the exact samething and got their tkts awhile ago

 some <$300 tkts can be had BUT it means making a stop or 2 and leaving at 6am , Id think in the next week or 2 even those will be history

Well you can also check Hvn there are no directs from bdl or hvn though...
