Call forwarding help

If someone has an office number and an extension at a company but wants to give out his A number (do that when pple call the implant they don't have to ask for him, and so that if someone calls and doesn't ask for the guy, he won't lose a customer, because all his customers will be calling this new number and it will go directly to his extension)  that should forward to the company's number and his extension as well, can this be done ?

PS is the question coherent?

what environment? what type of system? do you have a DiD? point  to? (terminate)
