Can you shift CL from this card to reg Chase card? If not (and you can only downgrade to free Ink), how do you ever get rid of card to re-apply?

No need to close an Ink card, you can have multiple Inks open at once.

That doesn't happen too often. Every once in a while it'll go up to 60k.
