Is it easy to upgrade/downgrade to avoid paying af but still be able to transfer points?

But can I upgrade later in order to transfer (and then downgrade/cancel in order to avoid af)?

I do have a csp but I also got hit with the af on that one. The ink is more valuable to me so i'll probably cancel the csp but need to figure out whether to pay the af on this one or if I can just downgrade it and then upgrade it when I need to transfer points.

1) cardcash  (shows recreation category in chase)
2) ebay - SVM gift cards (legal and professional category)

I can get Ink Plus in branch 60k/5k no AF 1st year. 2 questions:
1 - Should I go for it, or wait for a better offer (70k?) to come around?
2 - Does 5/24 apply if I apply under a TIN which doesn't have any cards (but I personally do)?

1) There is currently a 70k offer; getting matched shouldn't be too hard. (You can apply through a referral link and get an extra 10k, or apply through an affiliate link and give your blogger of choice a couple of hundred bucks as a present.)

Correct. When statement with AF is generated.

Are you saying the spending goes toward this years limit until the statement is generated with the annual fee, or all spend on that statement with the annual will be on next years spend?

For example My statement closed on 7/23. I expect my next statement to show my annual fee. Are you saying that the money I spend now will count toward this year's $50K because it is prior to the statement generation or next years $50K because it will be on the statement with the annual fee?

i downgraded my ink plus to the ink cash which only has 5x points for office supplies up to 25k as opposed to plus which has up to 50k. i just went over the 25k mark. if i upgrade my card before the charges post will i get 5x on theses charges up to 50k?

If you're approved, Yes. (unless something changed very recently.)

Saw reports online  they're matching 60 to 70 but not to 100 unless you get the offer in the mail.
