Return of car in different country in europe

Hi, I'm planing a trip to Europe beginning of Sep, probably starting in Amsterdam an ending in somewhere in Italy.
My question is what would be the additional cost of returning a car in a different country(in europe)?.
And what are the issues of underage driver, i'm 22?
I have president status at both Avis and hertz if that helps.
Thanks.

P.S. sorry i tried searching but it was complicated finding my exact question.
I'm not a nubie who just found this site, I browse this site daily(minimum)

Just plug in your date and you'll see what they charge. Often prices out differently and I don't think it's a uniform charge for one way. Sometimes they just charge you a drop fee, sometimes they raise the price exorbitantly for each day.
Expect to pay $15-$20/day for underage

I looked onto it for a time seems most of the rental companies in europe are independent of each other in their countries. I couldn't find any willing to do one way. Could be some of them said you can call to negotiate. i rented a car by sixt in Vienna, Austria and gave it back in Munich, Germany for no charge!! (he gave me a german car what he had therefrom some1 who came from there) and BTW im was 21 and got a MB 200E fully loaded for the price of a smart car (cuz i needed only automatic and this was the first upgrade Available from the smart) and he gave it even he had a smart. it was great!!!

It looks like its a dynamic list based on cars waiting so the countries list is also dynamic and changes based on availability

ya i see that, but i thought itll show the country even if there are no cars. so maybe its still on but just no available cars
