transportation from ben gurion to Yerushalayim

i am scheduled to arrive in ben gurion on wed morning be"h. we need to travel to yerushalayim. any reason to arrange private transportation beforehand - or should i just pick up a taxi from the taxi stand?  (we are three people and not interested in a shared sherut...)

just took chatzi chinum from the airport to jlem and it was 150 (preorder right when i landed) met him in the second floor

i just took them now, i am on my flight as we speak, and thyey charged me 170 from jlem to ben gurion with 5 suitcases,
