IIRC I got two BofA pulls and one FIA pull. YMMV (with 3bm and consolidating pulls).

so i just applied for this card right after i applied for 3bm on 3 amex cards (since they all pull from experian) and i got declined for the BOA. accepted for so far 2 of amex.
can it be because i did it 2 minutes after the 3bm?

Is there any way of upgrading a secured BofA card to a regular card (such as this one), without getting a pull?

At least 1 AMEX inquiry would have likely been present when BOA pulled, which I suppose if that added one inquiry too many for their scoring criteria could have been an impact. You'll find out the reason in the rejection letter.

Sorry for the am horazus but what is SD and FW standing for which web site?
I applied for a BoA cc 2 months ago and got declined. I now applied for this cc.
got a my first cc ( amex gold preferred ) since then .
How big of a chance is that I'll get approved?

I was told I will get a letter by mail within 30 days. Does it mean that I got declined? Someone?

Not necessarily, it may just not have been an instant approval. I got the same and was approved a day later. You can try calling 866-458-8805 to get a credit analyst to possibly move things along.

No. The rep told me that the $400 dollars is a cash rebate, not 40,000 points which can be redeemed for cash.

But if the $400 dollar cash rebate is redeemed to a BOA checking account you get another 10% ($40)... right? That's what it says right in my account for this card when I go to the rewards section.
