i need help.
Got a DOB and then ECB violations for the basement apt in my house.
The inspector came , gain access on the second attempt through first floor to the basement, made pics and put 2 violations:
1) for work w/o permit, full heights partitions erected, 3 pc bathroom, kitchen to be arranged as class A apt w/o prior permit
2) occupancy contrary o that known by DOB , DOB records 2 family house, found at inspection bathroom, gas line, kitchen, to be as class A apt.
Any suggestions.
