A regection letter from Amex telling me I have too many accounts open and am denied the starwood card. Letter head date July 21st 2012 application date 11/20/08. I have no explanation.

I get credit card offers via mail from Discover a few times a week, every week. They are really annoying. Does anyone know how I can tell Discover that I don't want to get them anymore?
