That quote was in response to the change in the T&C's for the BC being capped at 50k. When they capped the BCP at 6k it was on your anniversary date. I expect it to be the same for the BC. This will give some of us another 6+ months to hammer this card.

Busy day for my maimanl. He didn't get to my house till after 7pm.

Here's what came:
3 credit cards
1 redcard
1 letter from Citi
2 letter from Amex Return Protection department
4 amex gift card refund checks ($500 each)

A missed slip from THIS - from china. I'm scared to open the envelope, it's marked letter.

All in all, I would call this say successful
