Thanks again for your help. was shut down, got everything out via cash advance. on the phone they told me its in "spend-down mode" because hadn't been used as intended by them (I did a lot of cash advances; it lasted several months). Any reason not to open a new one with my social? do they keep track and am i risking a fast shutdown?
You need to slow down and maybe think outside of the box.
